We offer 1 year warranty from the date of shipment of the machines.
 

3. Can we change to our local language?

So far we have simplified Chinese, English and German. Other languages can be customized if needed.
 

4. How can you guarantee quality?

We have complete procedures of order preview, purchasing, mold management, assembling, internal quality audit, rejected spare parts control etc.
 

5. Can you send the service engineer to our company ?

Yes, we can offer 3 days free training. And customers need to bear all costs during the training.

6. How long is the production time of your machines?
For the standard configuration, the production time is usually about 15 working days. For customized tools, it needs to be discussed.
 

7. How can I operate your machine? Is it hard to learn?
It is easy to learn, we have complete videos and manual to teach you to operate the machines. If necessary, we can also send engineer to your factory, and customer need to bear all costs.
